My mission is to heal and protect the inner child, not just within others but within myself. I am deeply devoted to helping the Divine Feminine rise, reclaim her voice, and return to her truest essence.
I am a woman who has endured, healed, and transmuted childhood trauma into wisdom, purpose, and power. My journey from pain to purpose fuels everything I do. As a wife, a mother of five, Navy Veteran, and a soon to be Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I understand the layers of healing it takes to rebuild, redefine, and rise again.

Through my work with The Unmasked Vibe, I guide women and families toward emotional freedom, self acceptance, and spiritual alignment, helping them remember who they were before the world told them who to be.

Spiritual Coach, Mentor, and Yogi
I’m Reginald, a husband, father, and Navy Veteran, who specializes in dealing with men’s trauma. I understand the challenges of expressing emotions and discussing traumatic experiences in a society that stigmatizes such vulnerability. When we tuck that part of ourselves away to fit in to the status quo, we can’t tell the parts of ourselves that we need to heal- or what is naturally ours.
As I began to work on my chakras and heal my wounds, I found a great set of tools that allowed me to see issues (past, present, future, or reoccurring) in a new light. I’m now aware of the balance of feminine and masculine energy that we all need to tap into to reach our fullest potential as a divine masculine. With the help of yoga, I've learned the art of balance and meditation. Things don’t happen to us they happen for us to grow. As difficult as the journey may get, it always feels better to have someone by your side who gets it.
I look forward to connecting and creating a safe space to serve as a spiritual guide as we navigate through life and all of its challenges.​
